Most orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) at our discretion. We must have a street address or there will be a delay in your order.

Note: CA residents will be charged 7.375% state sales tax.

For custom items, sometimes the shipping allowance is 2 - 4 weeks. When an order is out of stock, it could take up to a week to replenish and then the item will be promptly shipped.

Incorrect Address, Not in on 3 delivery attempts, or Change of Address Charges:
All orders that cannot be delivered and are returned to Kriers.com due to the following: (incorrect address, no-one available to accept delivery, requests to change an address once the order has been placed) will be charged for the additional shipping to re-send the order. Unfortunately, UPS and the USPS will not refund the shipping cost and therefore we must pass this cost on if you have provided incorrect information.

Refused Package:
All orders that are refused upon attempts to deliver will be cancelled upon return. All money collected on said orders will be refunded less the shipping charges.

Shipping Disclaimer:
Some items may incur an additional shipping charge due to their size/weight and/or the distance that they are being shipped. We will contact you with these charges before the order is processed for final approval.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE/EXCHANGES:

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REJECTED/REFUSED MERCHANDISE QUALIFY FOR A RETURN CLAIM UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY KRIERS.COM.

Please email us at returns@kriers.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return instructions before sending back any item.

DO NOT ship back unauthorized returns. The return claim may be automatically rejected and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. Kriers.com will not offer financial reimbursement for returned non-defective products. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded.

All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be reported to us within 48 hours of package delivery. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected.

Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded by Kriers.com; all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that any returns you send to us be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during shipment back to our company, we will not be able to refund you. Instead, you will need to contact the shipping courier that you selected and file an insurance claim. All refunds granted will be made to the individual who made the original purchase. Some return exceptions to this policy may apply. Please allow up to 4 weeks for refunds to be processed.

Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of our error.

Returns for International orders:
No exchanges or refunds for international orders unless the order was the result of our error. You will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping and handling cost including any brokerage fees, taxes, or duties.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any non-defective orders that are refused or marked "return to sender" will have freight charges deducted from your return. Shipping Fees are not refundable.

Shipping Damage (Defective or Damaged Products):
Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours after order delivery date; NO exceptions.
If you receive an item that is broken due to shipping damage or some other event prior to its arrival, you MUST make a claim within 48 hrs. After 48 hrs, please contact the manufacturer with your warranty for replacement or repair. All original packing material including box and warranty cards must be saved.

If the item is returned but determined that it was damaged after its delivery and not prior to its delivery, then the standard return policy will be applied and all of the additional cost will be at your expense. We reserve the right to be the sole determining party as it relates to this policy.

Cancellation Policy:
Kriers.com works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please email us ASAP (within 24 hours of placing your order) and we will do our best to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy for further instructions. The order should not be considered cancel until we have acknowledged that we were able to stop the shipment. Again, there is no guarantee of cancellation once the order is submitted!
